Information we collect

When you submit a contact form, send-a-deal inquiry, or otherwise interact with this website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, accredited investor status, investment range, deployment timeline, prior real estate experience, and any free-text message content.

We also collect technical information automatically, including your browser type, IP address, referring page, and basic page interaction events through Google Analytics 4. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, qualify investment interest, evaluate property submissions, send relevant communications you have opted into, and improve our website. Submissions are stored in a secure database operated by Supabase, Inc. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and form conversion events. Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official browser opt-out add-on.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting info@naquacapital.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. We retain submitted information for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Inactive contacts may be archived after 36 months unless you have opted into an ongoing communication list.
