Juan Jafit Morales is the Global Head of Real Estate Investment Strategy at Amazon, overseeing investments in Fulfillment Centers and real estate finance across North America, Latin America, and emerging markets since August 2020.

He brings extensive experience in managing global large-scale projects, M&A, construction, and real estate finance, with expertise in financial modeling and business transactions in the real estate sector.

Morales holds an industrial engineering degree from Penn State University and post-education from Cornell University.

Edgar Dasilva is currently a Finance Manager for Real Estate at Amazon in New York, a position he has held since 2024. Prior to this role, he served as Strategy Finance Manager for Amazon Prime in the Greater Seattle Area for 3 years.

His background includes experience at Honeywell, PwC, and Santander Bank, where he developed expertise in data analytics, financial control, and strategic analysis. He holds an MBA from Duke University and has pursued Data Science studies at Harvard Extension School.
