Jafit Morales
Head of Real Estate Finance, Amazon

Juan Jafit Morales currently serves as the Head of Real Estate Finance (FC Investments in North America & Emerging Markets) at Amazon, a position he has held since August 2020. In this role, he oversees Fulfillment Center investments and real estate finance across North America, Latin America, and emerging markets.

He has extensive experience in managing global large-scale projects, M&A, construction, and real estate finance. His expertise includes financial modeling and business transactions in the real estate sector. He also holds a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate certification.

Edgar Dasilva

Edgar Dasilva
Finance Manager, Real Estate at Amazon

Edgar Dasilva is currently a Finance Manager for Real Estate at Amazon in New York, a position he has held since 2024. Prior to this role, he served as Strategy Finance Manager for Amazon Prime in the Greater Seattle Area for 3 years.

His background includes experience at Honeywell, PwC, and Santander Bank, where he developed expertise in data analytics, financial control, and strategic analysis. He holds an MBA from Duke University and has pursued Data Science studies at Harvard Extension School.
